Sumo stable tours and more.

Sumo, Japan’s ancient sport, is becoming more and more popular around the world. Our team works closely with heya (sumo stables) in Japan to help you get inside access to heya tours year-round. You’ll have a chance to watch asa-geiko (morning practice), as well as eat chanko nabe together with practicing sumo wrestlers. New to sumo? Don’t worry—we also offer the option of an English-speaking guide to explain everything during your tournament or stable visit.
